A COACHES THOUGHTS:

This method of shooting is what we will teach all of our girls who come through our program. Check out their website as they have hundreds more videos on shooting and ebooks to better understand the system. The shooting camp is vital to help teach these players the proper fundamentals of shooting. I know it's another cost, but if there are issues with those costs please don't hestiate to contact me.

Understand these vides are just about physical components to make the shot look good. Shooting is largely mental. I cannot stress the mental part of it enough, to become a truly great shooter you need to understand what you are doing wrong in the process in order to fix it. Many kids are not honest with themselves and what they are truly doing within their shot. They must know how they miss so they can correct it and start making more shots.

As parents concerned with you daughters development the biggest two things you can teach your ball players is the Dip and the Finger. Rebound for them for thousands of shots. Don't worry in the early stages (first month) about the ball going in the basket, worry most about technique. These two components will give them a great foundation for shooting with success later in their basketball journey.

How many players go out and make 500 shots a day with proper technique? If they do I promise they will become the best shooters in our program. Who can do this?
